Growth Track Ministries

Growth Track… FWC’s membership and ministry advancement class, now meets once per quarter to cover all 4 sessions in a day.
These will be held on Saturdays from 9 to 11 am.

If you have never been through the class and feel a connection to be a part of the FWC team, Pastors Phil and Jessica encourage you join the next Growth Track class to help you find your ministry at FWC.
The 2017 Fall session has not been scheduled yet.
Watch for updates on the event calendar or the bulletin.

Part 1 – will help you understand who we are as a church, the vision God has given us to move into for the future and the strategy we will use to accomplish this goal by implementing the High 5’s.

Part 2 – will discuss topics of Spiritual growth and maturity, as well as the habits of a healthy believer. These are essential for the development of your understanding of who God is and who you are in Christ. They will be the tools that will keep you on track and growing in your walk with God.

Part 3 – will help you understand who you are and how God might use you within the church, by discovering your Spiritual gifts and personality. We don’t want people to just volunteer to fill a need but desire to help them find a ministry based on what God has put inside them.  This week you will use some tools to help you find the best fit for ministry based on your personality and gifting. In this way, you can find a ministry that will be more effective and fulfilling.

Part 4 – The final step is to work with the Dream Team to discuss opportunities for service in the Family Worship Center community.

Completion of all parts is a requirement for membership at FWC.
